Please review the instructions below to assist with your return and the related policies. As a small business with limited runs of exclusive styles, we need to keep things moving quickly.

Jackie Sue & Co. Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only. Requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be mailed back within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in new condition with tags attached. Store credit must be used within 90 days of issuance.

Exclusions
Hair accessories, socks, and all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Additionally, Final Sale items and seasonal items outside the return window below are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Use of this label is required for all returns. Please retain tracking information for your shipment.

Damages

Damaged items and incorrect shipments must be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a refund to the original payment method. Damage claims made between 4-10 days after delivery will receive store credit.
