Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you need your order processed sooner please email us at jackiesueandco@gmail.com.

*Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages. Please confirm your address prior to placing your order to avoid errors. Jackie Sue & Co. is not responsible for missing or lost packages or packages delivered to the wrong addresses once it is in the hands of USPS.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
Eligibility: Free delivery is available for orders of $30 or more within a 10-mile radius of ZIP code 64155.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month.
Changes to Schedule: If a delivery falls on a holiday, during our vacation, or due to personal matters, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
Delivery Notifications: You will receive a text message or email (using the contact information provided at checkout) on the delivery day to confirm our arrival.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We value your feedback and will work on providing this as an option in the future.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
